Our wide variety of sessions are geared towards everyone - ages 6 - 106! (Children under 12 may hand-build with clay, but you must be 12 and over to use the pottery wheels.)
Whether you are new to ceramics or it is a lifelong passion, we love to help in the pursuit of clay!

Hand-Building Sessions
Build, sculpt, and mold your masterpiece by hand with our hand-building sessions! We will show you how to make whatever you want using pinching, coils, scoring and slipping to create a clay masterpiece!, 1.25 lb of clay per maker, and 1.5 hours of access to the studio space and equipment, as well as bisque-firing, glazing (you choose the color - we glaze), and glaze-firing of your piece. Shipping is additional if you cannot pick up your finished piece in approximately 2 ½ - 3 weeks.
Additional clay is available at $10.00 for 1 1/2 lbs. Get hands-on with clay!
Throwing Sessions
Want to try the pottery wheel? In this session you will learn the basics of wheel throwing, from wedging the clay to centering, pulling the walls, and creating your own masterpiece! You will be provided with. 1.25 lb of clay per maker, and 1.5 hours of access to the studio space and equipment, as well as bisque-firing, glazing (you choose the color - we glaze), and glaze-firing of your piece. Shipping is additional if you cannot pick up your finished piece in approximately 2 ½ - 3 weeks.
This is a great session to do something a little different and try your hand at pottery. Sign up yourself and tell your friends to sign up too!
This class is a lot of fun! Keep in mind, the potter's wheel is not easy (we will help you A LOT!!!) So just enjoy the process!

Evening Clay Sessions

Kid's Clay Sessions
Let your child’s creativity soar in our fun and hands-on pottery session designed just for kids! This session introduces young artists to the magical world of clay, where they can mold, shape, and create their very own masterpieces. Perfect for beginners, our class focuses on the basics of pottery (hand-building only), encouraging imagination and self-expression through a variety of techniques.

Kid's Art Classes
Calling all kids ages 8 and up who are eager to enhance their artistic abilities! Join the Kid's Art Class at Madgiart to sharpen both their eyes and hands while delving into a variety of artistic techniques. Each session brings a different project! Sometimes drawing, sometimes crafty - always creative and fun!
